摘要：

[目的/意义]旨在为我国科学数据管理服务研究和实践提供借鉴。[方法/过程]对国外高校3个中小型团队的科学数据管理案例进行了分析,从嵌入数据生命周期的科学数据管理服务内容、嵌入式科学数据管理工具和图书馆承担的职责几个方面进行了探讨。[结果/结论]提出要重视中小型科研团队科学数据管理;从高校和资助机构层面解决经费难题;加强基础设施建设;发挥图书馆的主导职能,并与多方机构开展协作;提高数据馆员职业素养等建议。
