益生菌对肠道疾病的作用机制及应用进展

摘要
益生菌因其调节人体肠道微生态平衡的独特作用,已被广泛用于预防或治疗多种肠道疾病,但其作用机制目前尚未完全阐明,进而限制了其功能性研究及应用。本文主要就益生菌在免疫调节、增强肠道屏障、竞争性黏附黏膜等方面对改善肠道功能的作用机制及对不同肠道疾病的应用进展作一综述,以期为益生菌后续的相关研究提供参照。
