应用酶组织化学技术证实猫、犬肥大细胞中类胰蛋白酶的存在

摘要：

应用一种酶组织化学技术证实了猫及犬的结缔组织肥大细胞(CTMC)及粘膜肥大细胞(MMC)的胞浆颗粒中均含有类胰蛋白酶,其中猫肥大细胞中类胰蛋白酶为首次被证实。与应用甲苯胺兰或阿尔新兰的常规的肥大细胞组织化学技术相比,酶组织化学法特异性更高且效果更佳。
