公众对传染病突发公共卫生事件的信息需求特征分析

摘要：

目的探讨社区公众流感大流行期间的信息需求特征。方法以虚拟国外人禽流感疫情的暴发为案例,采用小组访谈方式了解福建省2个地市的5个社区和1家工厂共计67位受访者对传染病疫情的信息需求。结果传染病的传播途径、症状与体征、疾病的严重程度、防护措施和政府采取措施等相关信息是公众普遍关注的基本信息。结论突发公共卫生事件发生后应适时评估信息需求,及时提供可靠相关信息。
