摘要
肠道微生物是人体重要的"微生物器官",与免疫、营养、代谢等诸多生理功能紧密相关。本文总结肠道微生物相关研究的起源、进展与现状;介绍肠道微生物的结构组成与生理功能;并讨论肠道微生物与肠道疾病、肥胖及糖尿病等常见疾病的发病机制之间的关系。旨在为今后肠道微生物研究提供一定的参考,为人体健康调控策略提供新的思路。
