印度外交:认识和局限

This two\|parts article briefly introduces Indias idea of nuclear weapons,the role of economic diplomacy and the Indian diplomatic arena outside the subcontinent.After recalling the advances made by India,the author also attempts to provide arguments to posit that India had been short of political dctermination and the adaptability in dealing with foreign affairs in 50 years of independence.
