摘要
Taking Future Cola's entering the Chinese beverage market as an example,the paper discusses the ways to identify competitive rivals and to collect and collate information about competitive rivals.It expounds in particular how to grasp the competitive rival's strategic orientation and intensity based on a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the information about them.
