风雨兼程的艰难探索——促进中国青年性与生殖健康的干预

摘要：

始于20世纪90年代中叶,与改革开放相伴并逐渐浮出水面的中国青年性与生殖健康危机开始进入公众视野。中国政府、一些驻华国际发展机构及各种非政府组织在满足该人群对性与生殖健康信息、教育和服务的需求上已做了一些探索性干预。然而迄今为止刚性的政策和制度安排仍告阙如,青年人不断增长的多样化需求同信息、教育和服务供给之间的断裂亦未得到有效弥合。更堪忧虑的是,许多问题有增无减,甚至还在不断恶化。青年人性与生殖健康领域的变化可谓喜忧参半,何去何从正处于一个关键性的十字路口。种种事实足以表明,不失时机加快干预的步伐已势在必行,此项工作理应尽早摆上政府工作的议事日程。
