矫形鞋垫对偏瘫患者平衡功能及步行能力的影响

摘要：

目的:观察矫形鞋垫对偏瘫患者平衡功能及步行能力的影响。方法:将符合入选标准的60例患者随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。两组患者均行常规康复训练,包括运动疗法、作业疗法、物理疗法、传统治疗等,观察组在此治疗基础上穿戴矫形鞋垫。矫形鞋垫是根据患者具体情况量身订做的ICB矫形鞋垫。两组患者均在治疗前和治疗8周后,采用Berg平衡量表、简式下肢Fugl-Meyer(FMA-L)及功能性步行量表,即(FAC)进行评定。结果:治疗前,两组患者的BBS评分、FMA-L评分、FAC评分,两组间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗后与组内治疗前相比,两组各项评分均有所增高(P<0.001),对照组治疗后各项评分与治疗前比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组各项评分提高明显大于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床中使患者穿戴矫形鞋垫,可显著提高偏瘫患者平衡功能及步行能力。
