多元分布式储能在新型电力系统配电侧的灵活调控研究综述

摘要
在构建新型电力系统的背景下,配电网络呈现出结构复杂、多元灵活的发展态势。储电、储氢、储气、蓄热、蓄冷等多元分布式储能在解决配电侧新能源机组随机性、波动性的同时,能够提升系统运行的灵活性与经济性。该文首先提炼分布式储能在安全稳定控制层面的研究,并在此基础上,系统梳理多元分布式储能在短/中长周期及自然灾害下的灵活经济性应用。具体地,从参与短期功率调节、实现中长周期能量平衡以及突发灾害下的灵活性应急角度进行分析。其次,市场化运行是扩大分布式储能应用的关键,然而,我国的分布式储能市场尚存空白。为此,该文探究了分布式储能的市场前景。最后,结合现有研究情况,从调控和市场的角度,指出多元分布式储能的研究方向,并提出若干建议。
