摘要
目的:全面系统地阐述中药指纹图谱的研究应用发展状况。方法:查阅国内外文献资料,对各种方法进行分析、归纳和总结。结果:中药指纹图谱分为中药化学指纹图谱和中药生物指纹图谱。中药化学指纹图谱中以色谱法最为常用,尤其是高效液相色谱法;生物指纹技术对药材种类的鉴别具有高通量、大规模、准确性高等优势,但不能鉴别药材的道地性。技术联用以获得多维信息也是目前的主流。结论:建立中药指纹图谱质量控制体系,尤其是构建相关生物活性成分多维的指纹图谱,是中药材、半成品和成品质量控制标准的发展方向,将生物指纹技术配合主要药效成分的测定用于中药质量的控制是目前较为合理的方法。
