<正>股骨头坏死(osteonecrosis of the femoral head,ONFH)是骨科领域常见且难治性疾病,是众多学者关注研究的热点之一。因其病因病理尚未完全清楚,目前仍缺乏十分有效的治疗手段。随着股骨头坏死基础与临床研究的深入,国内外已有不少药物治疗的报道并取得了一些成效。本文试就股骨头坏死药物治疗进展作一综述。
