摘要：

卒中后生活质量评价主要包括躯体、心理、社会以及日常生活能力等方面,主要通过患者对其生活质量自评获得。常用的评价方法包括6种非专用量表和4种最新的卒中生活质量专用量表,后者包括卒中版疾病影响量表、卒中影响量表、卒中专用生活质量量表、卒中和失语生活质量量表。文章就非专用量表和卒中生活质量专用量表以及影响卒中后生活质量的各种因素做了综述。
