Notch1与Jagged1蛋白在大肠腺癌组织中的表达及临床病理意义附视频

摘要
目的探讨Notch1和Jagged1蛋白在大肠腺癌发生发展的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学PV-9000法和Western blotting法检测78份大肠腺癌组织(大肠癌组),40份大肠腺瘤组织(腺瘤组)及40份正常大肠组织(距大肠腺癌组织远端5㎝,正常组)Notch1与Jagged1蛋白表达情况,分析其与大肠癌临床病理参数的关系。结果大肠癌组Notch1、Jagged1蛋白阳性率明显高于腺瘤组及正常组,P<0.05;Notch1和Jagged1蛋白表达强度与大肠癌组织学分级、Dukes分期和淋巴结转移密切相关,P均<0.05。大肠癌组Notch1与Jagged1蛋白表达关系呈正相关(r=0.407,P<0.01)。结论 Notch1和Jagged1蛋白在大肠腺癌的发生与发展中起重要作用。
