摘要：

赭曲霉毒素A是由一分子异香豆素与一分子苯丙氨酸通过肽键连接而成的真菌毒素,常会对谷物和饲料造成污染,是一种较强的致癌因子、致畸因子和代谢毒素,对人和动物具有肾毒性、肝毒性和免疫毒性。
