退变椎间盘生物学特性研究进展

<正>下腰痛(low back pain,LBP)是骨科常见多发病,约70%的人一生当中都曾发生过LBP,给社会带来了重大经济损失[1]。然而,LBP的发生机制至今仍然不清楚,一般认为椎间盘退变引起的疾病(disc de-generative diseases,DDD)是引起腰腿痛的最常见原因且以腰椎间盘突出为最常见[2]。现有研究表明DDD与多种因素有关,包括遗传因素、力学因素、环境因素、生活习惯、年龄和性别因素等,因此探讨退变椎间盘相关生物学特性具有重要的意义[3]。
