摘要
<正>核糖核苷酸还原酶(Ribonucleotide Reductase.RR)在DNA合成、修复及细胞增殖中起关键作用,近来被认为是癌症治疗的重要靶点。RR包含3个亚单位,分别是大亚基RRM1、小亚基RRM2和小亚基p53R2。RRM2亚基不仅和DNA的合成密切相关,对恶性肿瘤生物学行为、转移潜能和肿瘤耐药的产生都具有影响.在绒癌、胰腺癌、膀胱癌、胃癌、直肠癌、乳腺癌等多种人体癌组织中发现RRM2的表达水平有异常升高的情况,抑制RRM2的高表达,可以降低酶的活性,抑制癌细胞的生长,增
