摘要：

<正>世界卫生组织的数据统计显示,中国仍然是结核病的高负担国家[1],结核病患者数量居世界第3位[2]。异烟肼、利福平、乙胺丁醇、吡嗪酰胺是目前一线抗结核药物,是结核病的主要治疗方案。其中药物性肝损伤（DI-LI）是在结核病治疗过程中最为重要且危害较大的不良反应之一,甚至导致部分患者因此而中止抗结核治疗,引起广大临床医生的关注和重视。本文将抗结核药物所致肝损伤的流行病学、危险因素、临床表现、治疗及
