摘要：

目的探讨骨性关节炎早期软骨下骨弹性模量的改变。方法 40只新西兰大白兔,采用Hulth出关节不稳造模,2周、10周时各组各取10只空气栓塞处死,测定软骨下骨的弹性模量。结果造模后2周时和10周时,与对照组比较,模型组弹性模量降低,有明显差异。结论 OA早期软骨下骨生物力学发生改变,抗变形能力减弱。
