摘要：

在当代社会,能源被赋予了资源、商品、金融和政治等多重属性,也造成了人与人之间严重的能源正义缺失。能源问题看似是发展和环境的困境,但其实质是基于基本人权的全球伦理困境。破解这一困境最根本的方法就是将能源获取作为一项基本人权(即能源权),并将其置于由人类社会和自然界构成的统一整体中考虑,通过建构体现公平、正义、理性的新的能源伦理,促进人类社会与自然界整体的可持续发展。在确保能源权得以实现的可能性上寻求共识,积极而有效地应对能源挑战。
