<正> 近10余年随着神经心理技术的开展及人们对痴呆的关注,发现许多震颤麻痹患者具有认知和精神行为的改变。本文对1984年以来我们观察的26例震颤麻痹患者的神经心理障碍特点进行分析和探讨。资料、方法与结果一般资料共26例住院患者,男17例,女9例,年龄32～68岁,平均52.9岁,病期为2个月～10年,平均4.6年,按Yahr分类均为Ⅰ～Ⅲ期病人。文化
