摘要：

目的探讨高频超声诊断臂丛神经病变的临床应用价值。方法应用高频超声对42例临床疑有臂丛神经病变的患者进行臂丛神经超声检查,并与临床资料对照分析。结果42例患者中,33例经临床诊断为臂丛神经病变,9例臂丛神经未发现明确病变。超声诊断臂丛神经异常26例,16例未发现异常。高频超声诊断臂丛病变敏感度为78.79%,特异度为100%,准确率为83.33%。结论高频超声在诊断臂丛神经病变方面具有较高的应用价值,可成为临床诊断臂丛神经病变的重要影像学检查手段。
