摘要：

本文研究的主要目的是界定集群治理的研究边界,并剖析其内部机制。首先对交易成本、网络治理和其它社科领域的治理研究进行梳理,通过理论整合来建构集群治理的核心理论逻辑;而后进一步综述现有的集群治理文献,在此基础上对集群治理的概念进行界定;最后对集群治理内含的微观机制进行归纳、分类和具体分析。
