冲突的策略 以S市三峡移民的生活适应为例

This article is based on the life of the emigration from the SanXia in a certain settlement. The authors approache the tactics between the settlement authority and the emigration from both the upper and the bottom angles. Controlling, protecting, resisting and catering are the basic tactics. The settlement authority has the tactics of controlling as well as protecting the emigration while the emigration has the tactics of catering and resisting. With these hypothesis, the author analysis three issues :one is the analysis about the functions of controlling and protecting from the System in the Settlement Office, the other is analysis about the resisting forms, mainly the reasonable one and the one of keeping silent, the third is the analysis about the effort that the emigration made to found the rules, and the influence to the founding of the rules from the settlement authority by its strong tactics as well as compromising tactics.
