摘要：

泊洛沙姆407(poloxamer 407,P407)是聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯-聚氧乙烯的三嵌段共聚物,一定浓度下的P407具有特殊的反向热胶凝性质,即低温时为液体,体温下成为原位凝胶,因具有给药便利、缓释长效、患者顺应性高等优点,该凝胶成为当前制剂研究的一大热点。现根据给药途径的不同,综述了近年来P407原位凝胶在注射、黏膜给药、经皮给药等方面的研究状况,评价了该载体应用中存在的问题,并对其前景进行了展望。
