肿瘤相关巨噬细胞与非小细胞肺癌预后关联的Meta分析

摘要
目的评价肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)预后的关联,为采取早期干预措施提供依据。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMBASE、MEDLINE、CBM、万方数据库、维普数据库中自建库至2018年6月20日公开发表的TAMs与NSCLC预后关联的中英文临床研究进行Meta分析,采用纽卡斯尔-渥太华量表(NOS)评价研究质量,采用χ2检验进行异质性检验,采用固定效应模型或随机效应模型进行汇总分析。结果检索并纳入14篇有关NSCLC患者的5年生存率与病理组织内TAMs性质关系的研究。Meta分析结果显示:总TAMs密度(OR=3. 55,95%CI 1. 62~7. 78,P=0. 002)、肿瘤细胞团内TAMs密度(OR=0. 43,95%CI 0. 19~0. 97,P=0. 04)、肿瘤基质内TAMs密度(OR=1. 82,95%CI 1. 19~2. 78,P=0. 006)、肿瘤基质内M2巨噬细胞密度(OR=2. 01,95%CI1. 17~3. 45,P=0. 01)与5年生存率相关。结论 TAMs可作为预测NSCLC患者预后的指标,对临床有重要的指导意义。
