创业者的先前经验、创业学习和创业绩效的关系研究

摘要：

以西安创业研发园的154家新创企业的创业者的调研数据为依据,引入创业学习这一中介概念,探讨了创业者先前经验与创业绩效作用的内在机理。结果显示:创业者的先前经验与创业绩效存在倒U型的相关关系;创业学习中介了行业经验与创业绩效之间的相关关系。
