摘要：

<正>慢性心力衰竭(简称慢性心衰)是一种复杂的临床症候群,是多种心血管疾病的最终归宿及最主要的死亡原因。近年来慢性心衰患病率日益增多,再次住院率及死亡率均较高,据美国心脏病协会报道,美国每年新增慢性心衰病例数近55万,欧洲约700万人患有心衰,并因此住院治疗[1],在我国慢性心衰患者也近400万人,给医疗卫生保健带来了极大的挑战。慢性心衰主要与高血压、缺血性心脏病、糖尿病、肥胖、心瓣膜病、遗传易感性等有关,且与过量饮酒、血脂异常、肾功能不全、病毒感染
