维生素D干预治疗对肥胖及相关代谢异常的影响

摘要
目的选择我国北方地区的中年肥胖人群,研究超重肥胖人群维生素D缺乏与肥胖相关代谢异常的关系及维生素D干预治疗的影响。方法在健康查体人员中入选肥胖者201例,按照是否合并代谢综合症分为单纯性肥胖组和肥胖并代谢综合症组,比较两组血清25-OH-VitD水平及各代谢指标与血清25-OH-VitD的相关关系。肥胖并代谢综合症组中有88例合并维生素D缺乏,随机分为干预治疗组和对照组,两组均接受12周的生活方式干预减轻体质量,干预治疗组同时口服维生素D和钙剂,观察干预前后代谢指标的变化。结果单纯性肥胖组和肥胖并代谢综合症组血清25-OH-VitD水平无明显差异(P>0.05),体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、血甘油三酯与血清25-OH-VitD水平显著相关(P<0.05)。肥胖患者体质量减轻过程中,补充维生素D和钙剂对改善血甘油三酯水平有独立的贡献(P<0.05)。结论我国超重肥胖人群维生素D水平与BMI和血甘油三酯相关,且在减轻体质量过程中,维生素D干预可以进一步改善肥胖症患者的血脂异常。
