摘要：
Two main forms of digital libraries are proposed,that is,the digital library based on digitizing the current collections of traditional libraries and the network library constructed by using modern information technologies directly.The advantages and disadvantages of these two kinds of digital libraries are analyzed.Finally,the paper presents some ideas of its own on the construction of digital libraries in China.
