摘要：
With the development of China's enterprise invest abroad, it is very necessary for China to construct Insurance Systems of Overseas investment.This system should base on china's situation and accord to international practice. We should build a proffetional investment isurance Organization to deal with the affairs of fomulating the policies, examining and approving investments and insurancing risks. The risk categories are as follow: 1. government violates a treaty; 2. terrorism; 3. Operation suspends; 4. payment puts off or suspends; 5. Money depriciation.
