摘要：

<正>创伤性颅脑损伤(traumatic brain injury,TBI)的发病率每年约180/—250/10万[1]。最新数据表明,美国每年约有23.5万人因非致命性TBI住院治疗,其中43.3%的患者在接受康复治疗1年后遗留有不同程度残疾[2]。我国目前尚缺乏大规模的TBI流行病学调查。大多数TBI尤其是重型TBI需要长期的综合性康复治疗,家庭和社会为此负担较大。
