摘要：

本文分析由于供应链内外不确定性因素影响而导致供应链网络节点和通道出现的供应风险、产品风险、需求风险以及信息与物流风险,并提出从加强供应链的鲁棒性、可靠性、弹性、快速响应和相关关系五个方面来构建5R供应链,从而更好地抵御和管理供应链风险。
