摘要：

海上风电作为风电产业的重要组成部分,已经受到各个国家越来越多的重视,德国作为新能源领域开发利用的强国,与中国同处于海上风电的起步阶段,其相关政策值得我国借鉴研究。本文分析了德国政府关于海上风电政策的政策演变,德国海上风电在新能源整体战略布局中的地位,最后针对性地提出了德国海上风电发展在政策上对于我国发展海上风电的启示。
