辛伐他汀的降脂疗效及对颈动脉粥样硬化的影响

摘要：

目的研究辛伐他汀的降脂疗效及对颈动脉粥样硬化的影响。方法对 71例高脂血症并颈动脉粥样硬化的患者予辛伐他汀 0 .3～0 .6 mg治疗 6周～ 6月后 ,复做血脂及超声波 (颈动脉 )检测 ,与治疗前比较。结果辛伐他汀治疗 6周～ 6月后 TC、L DL-C、TG均下降 ,HDL -C升高 ,而颈动脉内径增加 ,颈动脉阻力下降 ,与治疗前比较 ,有统计学意义 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论辛伐他汀降脂疗效确切 ,并有稳定动脉内壁斑块的作用 ,从而减少心脑血管事件的发生
