瓜类细菌性果斑病菌群体感应信号分子的检测及其对致病性的影响

摘要
利用JZA1高效检测菌株生物显影技术,首次从瓜类细菌性果斑病菌(Acidovorax avenae subsp.citrulli)检测到群体感应信号分子(acyl-homoserine lactone,AHL),并证明其侧链为8个碳原子,将能够降解细菌信号分子的aiiA基因转化到瓜类细菌性果斑病菌NJF10菌株中,显著降低了其信号分子的产生。室内接种试验表明,该转化菌株的致病性明显的减弱,证明其对果斑病菌的致病性具有调控作用。
