基质金属蛋白酶家族在类风湿关节炎关节软骨和骨破坏中的作用

摘要
类风湿关节炎(RA)是一种慢性、自身免疫性、炎症性疾病,其主要特点为进行性关节软骨破坏和关节功能丧失。基质金属蛋白酶家族(MMPs)能降解细胞外基质,导致RA关节软骨和骨破坏,最终致关节畸形。此外,MMPs还能促进炎症因子的大量分泌,加重RA炎症反应。因此,检测RA患者血清和滑膜中MMPs,能为RA诊断和治疗提供一定帮助。
