术前膝关节周围角度对胫骨高位截骨术下肢力线准确性矫正的研究进展

摘要
<正>膝关节骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)导致的疼痛影响着患者的生活质量,并且疼痛也是KOA致残的重要原因[1-2]。KOA的主要手术治疗方式是胫骨高位截骨术(high tibial osteotomy,HTO)、单髁膝关节置换术(unicompartmental knee arthroplasty,UKA)和全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)[3],其中HTO与其他术式相比能够实现更好的运动需求[4],而且在正确的适应证下,HTO和UKA均可产生持久和可预测的结局,并没有明显的差异[5]。现在随着“保膝”理念的深入人心,在单纯内侧间室KOA中此术式受到广大医生及患者的认同。
