硬膜外麻醉和全身麻醉对人体血浆cAMP的影响

摘要：

作者用放射免疫法对硬膜外麻醉(67例)和全身麻醉(31例)病人手术期间周围血浆cAMP的含量进行了测定。结果表明:全麻组病人血浆cAMP含量在手术开始后显著升高,并在整个手术过程中持续在高水乎;硬膜外组血浆cAMP含量与麻醉前相比无显著变化。提示硬膜外麻醉因阻滞了传入神经,有可能消除机体对手术刺激的应激反应。
