摘要：

男性不育患者中,Y染色体微缺失的比例占0．4％-55％,现已明确引起男性不育症的Y染色体微缺失已积累了一定数量,本文综述了Y染色体微缺失基因与男性不育的研究现状,为临床诊断、治疗男性不育症提供理论依据。
