负压封闭引流技术在四肢创伤创面修复中的应用

摘要：

<正>四肢创伤创面常发生于四肢创伤皮肤软组织缺损或坏死,常伴有骨折及骨、肌腱组织外露,容易成为感染创面,导致创面愈合慢。以往临床医师多采用常规方法治疗四肢创伤创面,但整体效果不理想[1]。本研究将负压封闭引流技术(VSD)[2,3]用于四肢创伤创面治疗中,取得良好疗效。现将结果报告如下。
