膀胱灌注化疗患者生活质量与下尿路症状的相关性研究

摘要：

目的分析膀胱灌注化疗患者的生活质量与下尿路症状的相关性。方法选取2012年1月至2013年3月接受膀胱灌注化疗的膀胱癌患者46例,男31例,女15例。年龄35—71岁,平均54岁。采用生活质量问卷和下尿路症状问卷进行调查,调查时间分别为膀胱灌注化疗前及灌注后1、6个月。灌注前生活质量评分和下尿路症状评分分别为(55.7±6.2)分和(6.5±2.1)分。比较灌注后生活质量评分和下尿路症状评分的变化情况,分析下尿路症状评分和生活质量评分的相关性。结果本组46例患者灌注后1、6个月生活质量评分分别为(74.7±8.1)分和(78.5±10.6)分,下尿路症状评分分别为(8.9±2.0)分和(9.1±1.8)分,与灌注前比较差异均有有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其中工作活动和自由支配时间维度受到的影响较大,分别由(8.3±2.1)分和(19.2±5.7)分升高至(14.3±5.6)分和(23.7±4.2)分。下尿路症状评分与自由支配时间维度呈正相关(r=0.61)。结论膀胱灌注化疗会降低患者的生活质量,其中下尿路症状是影响生活质量的因素之一,提示改善下尿路症状可能有助于提高患者整体生活质量。
