摘要：
With a description of the criteria for the evaluation of enterprise knowledge management system,this article introduces a system of evaluation indexes for enterprise knowledge management system.Then,it uses a mathematical model to discuss the comprehensive evaluation problem of enterprise knowledge management system.Finally,an example is given for illustration.
