摘要：

随着哥本哈根会议的召开,气候变化问题日益成为全世界关注的热点。经济学家对气候变化问题的关注始于上世纪80年代,他们尝试以经济学的视角和方法研究气候变化的特征,寻求控制全球变暖的解决之道。已有的研究成果主要分为三类:气候变化的外部性研究、代际公平的研究以及国际公平的研究。从这几个方面出发,对气候变化经济学的研究成果进行系统归纳和评述,将为我国的相关研究和气候政策的制定提供有益的借鉴。
