摘要
<正>类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是以持续性滑膜炎、全身性炎症以及出现自身抗体为特征的一组疾病,其中自身抗体主要以类风湿因子和抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体(anticitrullinated protein antibody,ACPA)为代表[1]。RA是常见的风湿性疾病之一,在我国其患病率为0.2%0.4%[2]。该病病程迁延,致残率高,可导致患者的寿命平均缩短10~15年。近
