上海2013年国际马拉松参赛者就诊情况分析

摘要：

目的了解上海国际马拉松赛参赛者就诊情况,探索可能的危险因素。方法记录前往赛事医疗站就诊参赛者的个人信息和就诊信息,并进行分析。结果共调查102人,男性81人(79.4%),女性21人(20.6%),64.7%的就诊者集中在20～40岁;开赛后第3 h发病人数最多46人,占45.1%,外伤、肌肉痉挛、扭伤是参赛者就诊的前3位原因。结论赛事主办方今后应加强对参赛者的健康宣教,各医疗站重点配置外伤、肌肉痉挛、扭伤相关诊治药械。
