摘要：

Based on the analysis of the characteristics of network information,the paper discusses the right of publication and duplication in the network environment.It demonstrates that the key to strengthen the protection of intellectual property right is to provide various solutions for various network information.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions as to how to achieve this purpose from the law and technology aspects.
