摘要：

<正>加速康复外科(fast-track surgery,FT)理念最早由丹麦外科医生Kehlet提出。加速康复外科即在外科领域联合应用一些新的措施,降低术后死亡率及并发症的发生率、减少住院时间及住院费用,加速术后患者的康复。其主要内容包括尽量减少手术损伤、硬膜外麻醉/局部麻醉、术后疼痛的控制、早期下床活动以及早期口服饮食等。Jakobsen研究表明:比较160例结肠切除术或Hartmann手术患者,使用加速康复方法的患者住院日由以前的7.5 d降至3.4 d,而患者的再入院率及并发症的发生率无明显增加。
