由于人类文明的进步和医学模式的转变 ,儿童虐待与忽视 (CNA)成为国际上普遍关注的公共卫生领域研究的热点问题。它是一个复杂的、涉及多方面的、全世界普遍存在的现象。近年来许多国家致力于儿童虐待与忽视问题的探讨和干预 ,该文概述了CAN问题的产生背景和“国际防止CAN协会”的作用 ,介绍了CAN的基本概念和危害 ,旨在强调开展CAN研究及提高公众认识的必要性和紧迫性。
