摘要：

本文主要讨论了开放源代码软件的虚拟社区中信息资源的特点及其在虚拟社区中产生、流动的过程。结合目前开源虚拟社区的一些实际做法讨论了适于虚拟社区使用的信息资源管理方法。同时也分析了虚拟社区的组织结构对于信息资源管理方法的影响和匹配。
